Been there for 4 nights. A few points to note: 1- location is awesome. Easy access to everything. Room was spacious. 2- The cleaning staff were great. 3- restaurant’s food quality was good, waiters and waitresses were friendly and polite. 4- One point to note: the room’s washroom sink was clogged and I ask the reception three times to finally unclog it. After we came back we notice that the left what it was in the drain on top of the sink, which was not the best thing to do!! 5- on Christmas Day and without notice they closed the restaurant and opened another venue (buffet style) with 245 per person entrance which was a hefty price and I wouldn’t call it a fair action. 6- we ordered beef tongue and wood fired whole chicken . The beef was magnificent. The chicken was also good except for the fact that the leg part of the chicken was medium rare (not the best term to describe it technically). 7- swimming pool was small and shallow but still lovely. In general, I would rate it as an acceptable place to reside in.

Wow. Best hotel experience in years. I was here for a big conference, and the hotel did a phenomenal job on the facilities, the technology, and the food and amenities. Rooms are lovely and well air conditioned. The Level 22 gym, pool, sauna and steam room are amazing and adjacent to fabulous views. The location simply could not be better. The service is really top tier, someone is always ready to jump in and help you with anything - including in my case items I'd left behind in the room. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at this hotel (27/12/2023)and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience regarding the return of my deposit. Despite checking out three weeks ago, I have yet to receive my deposit back. I understand that processes can take time, but a three-week delay is quite concerning. I would appreciate more transparency and a quicker resolution in such matters. It's crucial for guests to feel confident that their deposits will be handled promptly. I hope the hotel can address this issue for future guests, ensuring a smoother and more efficient refund process.

stayed here for 3 nights. My package included complimentary drink vouchers, free parking and breakfast included. Price is a bit higher but that is due to it being a luxury sheraton hotel, but felt 5-7% higher than it should have been. The old wood finish in reception lobby area must be replaced and renovated to give more modern and luxury feel. The breakfast was good and service by staff was perfect. Location is very central and walking around CBD was a good advantage.

It was honestly pretty good. Food wasn’t bad, room was pretty clean, restocked toiletries every day. Honestly service could have been faster, as only one of my rooms was ready when we arrived and the rest of my luggage wasn’t even delivered, but that’s normal. Overall amazing hotel, definitely recommend. Also lounge is closed for kids during 4:00-5:00 I think.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
