Staff was great! Location is off the expressway and plenty of places to eat close by. About 18 minutes from Downtown. When we got to hotel we asked for two joined rooms and they quick found something to accommodate us. Hotel was clean and house keeping did an amazing job. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made our stay great. Will definitely come back

Excellent location with serene environment. There is sufficient sitting places at the reception and lounge. Only concern is the limited options at the restaurants, had to eat similar meals for 5 days

Pretty bad. Sheraton in name only Cleanliness. The most important thing is housekeeping. We had a bed with seemingly fresh (still reddish) blood. Sure it's blood because it darkened and coagulated over the next couple hours. ewww. This was on the top most sheet so not sure how it was ever missed. The bed was made so housekeeping had been there for sure. There were socks and clothing left behind by another guest that we encountered behind a chair when opening the blinds. Obviously missed. The hair on the bathroom floor was literally the least of the notable missteps. Overall gross. Maintenance/Upkeep. This hotel likely had it's heyday in the mid 80's and hasn't been touched/updated since. Wall coverings were peeling, paint is cracking, gaps in the bathroom were covered with gobs and gobs of caulking. Tv was early version flat panel so off angle wasn't viewable and was horribly slow to respond to the remote. Location. On a map this hotel is well situated, but in reality it's in a pseudo armpit of freeways and streets, making it damn near impossible to get to directly. You really have to exit before or past the property to access any roads that lead in its general direction. Once on surface streets you're stuck in endless dead ends and have to cut thru other properties to get there. FYI, gps is obviously not adept at routing thru the random dead ends and neighboring parking lots. Ubers ran late and food deliveries were very delayed. This Sheraton feels intentionally neglected with the intent of a teardown or major renovation. AVOID this hotel.

This my second time. Rooms are clean, food is good. Breakfast is buffet, lunch and dinner are by menu. Location of the hotel is close to the city center like galleria mall, market and shops like bestbuy

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
