        Check in was a smooth process. Room was very clean and designed well! The restaurant was great. I had a very good service experience with Fatih (I believe the general manager at the restaurant). He was very friendly and accommodated my needs (quick meal service). Would certainly stay again.

        Had the most amazing experience at this hotel. It’s super clean, great helpful staff, the best part was the young lady in the Club lounge, Nuray. She was exceptional. Can’t wait to come back to Istanbul and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

        I was here for only one day and the front desk staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Erdal and his team in the restaurant made me feel welcome and brought me anything I needed. Bravo well done sir. Highly recommend.

        Excellent service. Very cleans rooms. Food was great! Dinner and restaurant had great staff. Especially Yasar! Attentive and really did a great job. Will come back!!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
