Very loud and noisy, and I'm not talking about from the airplanes. You can hear talking and various noise from other rooms quite easily. Only 3 floors in the parking garage, and there were cars double parked making it difficult to maneuver through the garage. Room itself was clean, nothing impressive. Food from the restaurant was pretty good, ordered wings and pizza. There was some confusion when we checked in. I thought it was cleared up until a couple opened our room door with their key. The front desk mistakenly gave them keys to our room. Needless to say that matter was resolved quickly.

Pretty decent hotel! Monique at the front desk is amazing- she is super helpful and very charismatic. Love the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport. I wish there was a shuttle service through the hotel to the port of Miami. The rooms are alright! Of the two rooms we stayed in, the issues we had were as follows: the water pressure of one room’s sink was insanely strong. Splashing everywhere just to brush my teeth! The king bed was probably the worst bed I’ve ever slept in, but then we got a room with two queens and they were divine. The air system is very loud, but I’m sure it helps to some extent to damped any sounds coming from the neighbors and/or hallway.

Great team of Marriott Staff from all over the world. Amazing service - got comped twice with free full breakfast buffet just for asking. Great pool deck with lounge chairs and view of Miami River. Free water bottles you get from the housekeeping cart - just ask.

Close by the airport, everyone was really nice from the front desk, servers at the restaurant, to the cleaning people. The restaurant food was delicious, the entire family enjoyed it. The rooms were pricey, but it might have been priced higher because of New Years. It was a big hotel for only 3 elevators, 1 went out and the other was a service elevator. Checkout time was a mess, and everyone had luggage, so stairs wasn't an option

Customers service is great. Rooms are quite old, pillows and beds are anything but comfortable, and housekeeping in some rooms is questionable, mold in and around AC vents or in tubs. Fridge in the room was not working, lost quite a lot of food. Stayed there multiple times for work, service is consistent. Breakfast is very good though!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
