We have stayed as a family for one week . The place is great . it was the highest building in Oman . Built back to past but just renovated Omanis staff were very helpful and friendly. Prices are fair enough. Cleanness is really in high standards. Indoor swimming pool is fantastic and availability is flexible. The only issue is the the difference in taxi charge between having them through the hotel and having them direct is almost three to four folders higher so rely on your self except for the airport shuttle which was almost only 20% higher .

Friendly staff - good service The hotel is old and should not listed as a 5*. All the rooms has carpets, if you are allergic, you will not get the chance to have a free allergic room The swimming pool is small, not all the fontaines are working. Good and large breakfast buffet, really friendly staff on the morning 😊

Love how friendly all the local staffs. We got upgraded to junior suite and the room is pretty sizeable. The executive lounge happy hour buffet spread was also very good. Would definitely recommend anyone who are visiting Muscat.

I cannot recommend this stay enough. The hotel is excellent in its service, cleanliness and feeling of luxury. The staff were all incredible, from Almass at the dining tea library to the housekeeper Cecil and to the front desk staff as well as the concierge. I stayed in the club room, it was very spacious with beautiful mountain views, the room was spotless. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many choices of cuisines to choose from. This hotel went above and beyond with small added gestures especially from housekeeping. Location was fantastic, very close to the Matrah corniche and souk. Thank you for making my first stay in Oman a memorable experience. I will definitely return.

My cousin and I stayed at Sheraton Oman hotel, for one week from 11th November. We had a great stay. Indeed the hotel is very pretty with nice comfortable rooms. We were welcomed by the bright, clean and nicely decorated areas. We didn’t have any opportunity to be bored after excursions with all the things to do in Sheraton Oman Hotel, like the club lounge or 2 swimming pools. Concerning food, we ate a lot and need to be on diet now :-) quality and diversity of food was very impressive. The nights with different themes were also well organized and we loved Indian night and Omani night. Finally concerning the staff, we would like to thank all of them for making us feel at home. Special mention to Almaas who took care of us at the club lounge from our first day until our departure. Keep this energy and smile, this is very appreciable. For all what we describe above, we recommend Sheraton Oman hotel if you visit Oman. Thank you to all the staff of Sheraton Oman Hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
