The hotel is very nice and up to date. There is a refreshing pool with plenty of seating. Restaurants had good food though service was slow. Our room seemed small with no real view but we booked as an add on to a cruise. Beds were comfortable, linens high quality. Bathroom had high pressure hot water. Location is near San Cristobal, cable car, and funicular. I would stay here again.

I was upgraded to one of their suites for my stay. Being an ambassador with Marriott for the past three years, I would have expected to be upgraded to more suites. That does not seem to be the case in the US. Thank you very much for the upgrade. The room was very clean and had good views of the city from the balcony. The hotel is well situated for walks in the park. There are several places close by for eating. The service was very good. We only had one issue with service. Being a flight crew, we tend to order our crew meals the morning of departure. We asked if we could order our meals in the morning which they said yes to. The morning of departure we were told that we could not order lunch for another two hours. That did not work for our departure from the hotel. All in all it was a great stay! We would definitely stay there again in the future.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room wasn’t very large but was clean and comfortable. There is an outdoor and indoor heated pool and good food options on site. I especially enjoyed the breakfast which had a significant selection. The staff was helpful and all speak English to supplement my Spanish which is in much need of work. It is easy to get around and the hotel is close to some of the key attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay here for business. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it's right next door to some great hiking to see some of the observatories. It also looks like they have a lot of conferences at this hotel. While they kept things busy on the main floor it was not distracting and never seemed to intrude on a peaceful experience. It was late in the fall to try the pool, but it had some great indoor and outdoor workout areas, and the buffet each morning was top notch. Adding some pictures, one from the room with a nice view in the morning, and one from next door viewing the Hotel from above.

This is a nice hotel on what feels like the outskirts of town. Quiet area with a hill/small mountain in the back, and spectacular views of the BIG mountains in the front. The staff is very friendly and efficient and the lobby area is huge. There’s a big bar/restaurant between the lobby and the elevators as well as the outdoor pool area, both of which provide excellent places to hang out after a day of work. The rooms are pretty average for the price class, nothing that really stood out to me. Ultimately the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big enough and that’s really all I’m looking for.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
