        I loved this hotel and highly suggest as long as your focus is not about designs. But, this hotel is beautifully clean, has large, comfy US size queen beds, warm showers with great water pressure, massive TV and amazing service. The design is this golden age 80’ or 90’ American, but I didn’t mind. I have stayed in enough hotels that my focus and preferences are about service, especially about breakfast…..the servers were outstanding! Thank you all so much for this great hospitality.

        The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. We have to thank Jasmita for the attention at breakfast. One of the girls at the reception was very kind and prepared a gift for our daughter, as it was her birthday. Large and clean room but furniture a bit old. No sockets near the bed. Lack of lighting in the rooms. The mini bar was empty. We were surprised as it is a 4 stars hotel.

        The hotel is severely dated with much more modern competitors at better prices located nearby. The design and finish of the rooms does not reflect the prices charged or the brands reputation. Room: dated decor and finish feels like a throwback to the 90s. It's the little things that make a difference when it comes to quality rest. Poor A/C, no plug sockets remotely close to the bed nor USBs, bedside reading light missing, noisy corridors and no coffee machine even in their Club Rooms. Accumulatations of dust in various places and just a feeling of it being run down. The bed and pillows are comfortable but apart from that, it's not an enjoyable place to stay. Staff: Super friendly and professional. Please renovate this hotel and put it in tune with 2024! The pictures sum up the place 🤷‍♂️

        Dated, dirty, very noisy (I mean noise from other rooms) and generally very low standards. The air conditioning control's case had been removed. It wasn't possible to adjust the temperature. No slippers. No shower gel. No hairdryer. Dirty looking floors in the room and bathroom, covered in stains. Pointless staying there as it provided nothing that I needed.

        This place is living on past glory. The location is great as it is close to the airport but other than that, the room was dated, heating was not working so they had to provide a small portable heater. The food was great but the staff there (I'm choosing my words carefully to avoid calling this racial profiling) told me and my partner a total of four times while eating that we had to pay for the meal- despite telling them on entry into the hall that we were aware of this. In all, it's good enough if you accept that it's a bit dated, great location and food.
