I stay here a lot, like about three weeks a year. Yes, it is an older property, but they continue to make improvements. But the number one reason I really like going here is the staff. They are really fantastic, especially the breakfast staff. The same employees have been there for the past three years I've been staying there, which speaks highly of management, which I've also been really impressed with. Yes, I've had issues and I've brought them to the attention of the manager who listened and assured me he'd use this as an example for how they need to do better and the next time I arrive, the issue seems to have been addressed. So, if you want a place that's safe and friendly and working to improve every single day and staff that actually care for you, then stay here. Also, Tesla drivers, note there's a supercharger two minutes away.

Rooms are very nice and very well kept . Just beware if you decide to pay for another day stay each time you to they charge you another $100 each time for incidentals and then your waiting about 5-15 days for each one to be refunded. Which is not right when it’s for the same room and nothing has changed seems like a way to just cost people that are only able to pay day by day a ton more money as that’s 700 a week if you rent the room every day for 7 days and then the weight u have to get your money back is crazy. Other than that the place is awesome .the temp in the pool room is freezing

This hotel itself is fine, but I will never stay here again after our car was one of multiple that was broken into in the parking lot. The hotel has no cameras in the parking lot, just signs that say they aren't liable for any missing or damaged property or vehicles. While cameras wouldn't necessarily stop someone from breaking into cars, it could deter them. At the very least, it would provide evidence and could lead to the thief/thieves being found. To the hotel's credit, they refunded one night of our stay, but I would never feel safe staying here again.

Good service but rooms are dirty. Looks like they haven’t been cleaned. Upon our arrival there was hair everywhere, and just grime and dirt that looks like it’s been sitting for awhile. Also night stands are very dusty. Kinda gross. Probably would not recommend based on cleanliness. Go somewhere else. Update: We also found dried toothpaste (not from us) on our towels.

This was a fun hotel! I think it was the guests who made it super fun. We enjoyed a random birthday party on the patio with strangers who quickly felt like family! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean. This is a dog friendly hotel, and they welcome them with open arms. We would definitely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
