We had a wonderful experience here, the rooms were a little worn but very clean and a nice size for traveling. The courtyard is pretty and peaceful and a nice place to sit and have a drink. Above all the staff is excellent we had an 11 am checkout but a 5pm flight they kept our luggage while we wondered around and even when we went down the road for breakfast at the Moonlight Cafe. Just a very nice experience also pool was warm and lovely.

For the price, you can’t beat it. The hotel is obviously an older hotel that has the wear and tear of time. The lobby is beautiful, and in some ways has the appearance of a historic hotel. The wood work and furniture have some scratches, and you can see multiple layers of paint in some areas. Marriott has done a good job of attempting to update and clearly puts effort into the property. That said, the rooms are EXTREMELY clean and the bathrooms were remodeled and very nice. For a reasonably priced clean hotel, this place is a gem.

The hotel is in a great location. It’s right off 95 between Pompano and Fort Lauderdale. The lobby is tastefully decorated with a beautiful Atrium and lush tropical plants. Very peaceful setting for having breakfast. The have a well equipped gym and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast buffet offered many delicious hot items. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They’re currently in a much needed renovation of the suites. Overall it’s a very comfortable and decorative hotel.

I just stayed here for a conference and I must say that from the outside it looks nice and the atrium is pretty cool. The issue is with everything else. The bar couldn't take credit cards so the manager took my card to the front to process the payment but I wasn't allowed to walk with him while he did so. My shower door continuously opened with no interaction from me. The handle to the shower fell off with the slightest touch. Multiple outlets did not work, nor did the fridge. I reported the issues to the front desk on day 1. They did not resolve any of the issues. They did however remove all of the washcloths from my room. I reported the issues again on day 2, they were finally corrected but they didn't replace my towels this time. I was offered to move to another room both times but that is more of a hassle then then providing a fully functioning room 🤣 The staff was very nice. If you have work in the area and nothing else is available in the area stay here but that is the only reason to stay there.

This hotel offers a great location, right off 95 between Pompano and Fort Lauderdale. Gorgeous Atrium with lush tropical plants. Breakfast buffet offered many delicious hot items. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I visited for a business meeting and needed assistance in the Club Lounge. The hotel manager, Ann, came to assist me. She went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The price is reasonable, rooms and public areas are clean and the service is great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
