Before booking I called the hotel and reviewed their website to ensure that the hotel had our required amenities. The website indicated that they have room service and the front desk representative indicated they had a full bar. My husband and I live in the area and wanted to treat ourselves to a nice night without kids as we were attending an event in the area. We wanted to be able to have a drink at the bar before the event, order room service while we were getting ready and sleep in the next day because if you have kids you understand sleeping is not an option and this was our one opportunity to do so. The day we checked in, the bar was closed because no one has showed up and they advised there was also no room service. To make matters worse, we were awaken around 7am by construction going on in the building… hammering, and loud noises. I was sadly disappointed that the hotel didn’t live into the expectations that they had set. We should have just gone home after the event, and not even considered renting a hotel room. In this economy I don’t have time to waste money on failed promises.

I’ve been staying here on and off for years now. It’s always been a great stay! However, this visit was a little different. I wouldn’t be so harsh if it wasn’t $350 a night. Our mini fridge was not working. I wanted to keep my room beers cold! Then I go to get ice. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. After chasing floors, I finally found one that worked in the whole hotel. We were also greeted by two roaches in our room. And the soap dispensers in the shower were also empty. Still love the place, though!

Went there on the December 28th for my birthday and stayed there until the 31st. Upon arrival at night I noticed my windows were smokey and didn't think anything of it until the next morning and heard water dripping and I see in both the living room and bedroom so much condensation and water dripping off all the windows. There was clearly a leak and mold all on the windows. I let front desk know and they sent the maintenance guy up, who used a wash cloth to wipe the windows and even he was surprised to see this much. He had to squeeze it 4 times and told me if I had this happen again to contact housekeeping because it's probably going to happen again, and it did. The front desk wasn't accommodating. Also was told they put all guest in a certain part of the hotel due to renovating. The mattress springs were loud and definitely uncomfortable. I'm guessing based on the look of that mattress it was as old as the hotel. The musty very humid smell of the room was not enjoyable. I definitely expected more from this Hotel.

I am not one to speak ill of companies. Everyone’s experiences are different. I will say, the front desk receptionist’s were great! I may botch his name and I apologize in advance, but the manager, Pete (maybe Peter), was extremely kind, too! All were helpful. Apart from a few issues in our room, (there were areas within the hotel being remodeled, so I’m sure the room we were in will make the repair list soon) I would recommend Sheraton based off of their employees.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Sheraton Suites Galleria Atlanta! From the moment I walked in, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel right at home. The suites were not only spacious but also elegantly designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. Being located right next to the Galleria Mall was a shopping enthusiast's dream, and the proximity to nearby attractions was a huge plus. The on-site dining options were delicious, and the breakfast was a great way to start my day. The level of service and hospitality I experienced here deserves a solid five-star rating. I can't wait to return for another enjoyable visit!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
