This place is just a scam. The pictures and description isn't the room you get. The price listed is for a beb in a tiny empty room. The pictures are of a different room that is twice the price. If you pay with a credit card ahead of time, you are screwed. They told me when I complained, " we already have your money, what you gonna do. " In retrospect, I probably should have gone to the tourist police. Save yourself the grief and book somewhere else. There are lots of options in the area for the same price range.

Travelling to Bora with the family or friends on a budget? This place might help you do that. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, the beds are small considering its for sharing. Comfort Rooms are fine with hot/cold shower, bidets and free toiletries. The villa can accomodate up to 10 persons if they're willing to stay downstairs at the living room. The kitchen has also basic amenities like stoves and kitchenwares so that you can cook a meal. The market is just nearby where you can buy the ingredients. Its also a bit far from the beach, so it will spare you from the bustle of the island. However, the downside of it, you have to walk a great length to get to those which were frequented by tourists.

If you want a quite place and privacy - this is the place to stay. Eating at restaurants is not cheap especially if you have a big group. Sheridan Villas has kitchen where you can cook. You can request to have your drinking water delivered at no extra charge. Their breakfast (inclusive) is not just a simple continental-type but a nice typical Filipino breakfast. The staff were very friendly and nice. Shout out to Sara Jean, Cindy and Magic. They were amazing! We’d like to stay here again on our next Boracay trip.

If you want a private place that far from niose and loud music, Sheridan is one of the best place to stay while your in boracay, feel at home even your far away from reality, beach front area and very relaxing place to stay with.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
