        I am giving the Hotel a 3 Star review, because of the hygiene issues, it could’ve been cleaner, especially in the room. The food was okay, it seemed that most of the time spices weren’t used enough though, sometimes the food was bland. The grill was always perfect! The staff was really friendly, especially Erkan, the trainer in the gym, who was always ready to help, if it was needed.

        This is definitely not a 5* hotel. Cleaning was an issue as the rooms where never cleaned! Only the beds were done and that’s pretty much it. They wouldn’t even hoover the room. I had to call reception 4 times for them to bring towels as the cleaner forgot to put towels in our rooms! The fact that I had call reception 4 times is absolutely ridiculous. The food were okay, but could’ve been much better and there could have been more options. Desert was okay but not appetising. The drinks were very standard basic cocktails, again not many options. Sparking water tasted like tap water. When we informed the waiter, he admitted that the filter was only be changed recently hence why it tasted like tap water. Some staff were nice but I feel like we were ignored most of time. They had their favourite customers who they would serve straight away. Drinks were normally served at the the table but it would take forever for them to come to us to ask for drinks. I had to get up to go and order our drinks, and at that point the waiter would tell me to sit so he can serve us drinks. This is poor service. I also witnessed an argument between two bartenders, which was very awkward and unpleasant. We did leave feedback to the hotel manager who was lovely and understanding but our Overall experience was very poor and we probably would not go there again or recommending this hotel to anyone else. The most I would give this hotel is 2* stars and definitely not worth the money we paid.

        Staff can't do enough for you, so friendly and helpful. Rooms are well stocked and clean, we had a family room, walk in the door to 2 singles then the bathroom and onto the large queen sizes bed with balcony, the room also had a little sofa bed too - although we didnt use this, rooms have air con, mini bar and the beds wasbvery comfortable, the room has Plenty of storage. The resort is very clean and well maintained. There is a drs, arcade, hairdressers (mens and womens - also does dutch braids etc with added hair), a shop that has snacks, swimming floats, suncream, toiletries etc in, and then 3 shops, one shoes and some jewellery, the other bags and the last one clothes - cheap prices (also was sometimes cheaper then the outlet down the road) Shout out to the staff at the wave bar - always helpful and happy to make cocktails that are off the menu. The turkish restaurant was amazing. I'd definitely choose this over the Italian, so so tasty! It was also my anniversary whilst there, and they laid the table lovely and brought us champagne and at the end a heart-shaped cake, so thoughtful and appreciated by me, my husband and family. The spa was lovey, we had a turkish bath and a massage and it was totally worth it and aomething different. The beach is nice, water is lovely and warm, plenty of little beach games going on (along with the paid options banana boat jet skis etc) although not appropriate for children or poor swimmers the waters edge is about 2 meters flat and then a steep drop off and getting out your feet and legs since into the stones what makes it difficult getting out of the water - this obviously isnt something the hotel can control but worth a mention. Small things that, in my opinion, the resort lack, a bigger and better equipped play park - my kids were a little bored in the evenings. The pools are lovely but so cold, nice at peak time sun but does take your breath away abit. Dream Land Park is only open an hour (around dinner time, so it can be awkward to fit in, especially if the dinner buffet is busy) I'd like to see more snacky foods at dinner time and also the child buffet o be open more - my children will try anything, but some kids aren't as adventurous - haha. The wave snack bar was a huge hit at lunch times for the kids (pizza, burgers and chicken with chips). Although it is not take away and you have to sit in (not in wet pool clothes and covered up) We had a lovely time all in all, id certainly recommend this to families, specially of younger children.

        Went for our first holiday in 6 years , saw the photos and thought it looked great . We went the end of august until 10th september. Wouldnt go on all the negative comments by others. Just having a read some of them that seemed to stay arpund the same time as us. We did t have any issuea no where near mentioned by some. So think they may be just trying to get compensation of some sort . We are a family of 4 , 2 kids- 9 and 5 . Stayed in a family room. Rooms were massive , beds comfy . We did asked to get moved to another room due to a cpl issues and they sorted us out and said itd be a couple days until other people had came to the end of their holiday whoch was fine. Reason we asked was our vierrw was side on to the neighbouring hotel ( nothing major) but our balcony was above that hotels staff entrance and also an aircon unit running. Again nothing to major as we arent on holiday to sit on a balcony all day and night . There was a cpl minor issues with the room. Shower door not fitted correctly so leaked water a little , alot of the fixing screws to the wall seemed to have been temporary fixed by just putting silicone in to hold them in place ( looked more like a handy mans work jist bodging it to keep it going until the end of the season ,when a profesional trades man can get in and fix it) again nothing major you just notice these things but doesnt effect too much . Shower water pressure is a little low. Noticed that in both rooms and speaking to other uk family they said same. Its just tap pressure and not like a power shower youd be used to at home. STAFF- always helpful. Always friendly, if they didnt understand english , theyd try get another member who could. Also hotels wifi and using google translate helps the language barrier, only had this issue a couple of times with a cpl staff room cleaners dropping off towels or topping up mini bar , wed ask for more water but they didnt understand so we used translate on our phone. Good mix of staff that speak various languages to try help everyone located around the hotel , in the restraunts,reception and entertainers . The recepion staff i got knew german i think it was but not good english. So got another member who knew english better and could speak it . Heard various members turkish of the staff talk in french, german, polish ,spanish etc so they are prety bi-lingual and happy to find someone that speaks your language. But again google translate using the hotels wifi helps for basic stuff. Food- big offerings trying to cater for everyone. Vegans , sea food lovers, poultry, meat,kids etc etc. Theres seevral stations in the main restruant . Never any issues and food tasted fine. Dont know about the seasoning issues other have mentioned. Spicy food was spicy ( i like my hot spices) they had mild and hot stuff . Seasonign was good on everything . You just helpnyourself its like a giant. Buffet/banquet .they also do specialised nights where it was more centered arpund italian food or turkish food etc but still offered a big variety of other options for everyone. ( first day there you dont know how it works so you dont know if you just grab a seat or if they take you to a table , no info on that. But you just walk in and pick whatever table you want to sit at and then go get food.) The staff/ waiters try to keep an eye on you arriging and where you sit and then send someone to the table to get you the drinks, but theres also drinks stations you just go up and help yourself to if you want tea/coffee/ fruit juice/fizzy juice/bottled water. If you want alcohol youd ask them. Also its not hard to use manners and jist go ask one of the many staff/waiters walking about if you could get a drink and they asked regulary if you wanted more or theyd see what you were drinking and replace it when low without you even saying anything . Theyd just turn up witha tray of drinks of what your drinking and give you it. Staff are turkish so they communicate in turkish to each other and tell each other what to do .

        The biggest advantage of this hotel is its food and staff. The restaurant and entertainment staff are simply the best. Special thanks to MR MURAT The chef of the restaurant 👨‍🍳. He is super attentive, open to feedback and maintains a great quality over time. Special thanks to MR ERKAN who runs the restaurant. He is an amazing coordinator with the staff and ensures that everyone gets the attention needed and are served in optimal timing. The entertainment staff are very fun. There is always something fun to do around or something to snack on. The hotel is not close to Antalya so if you have expectations to visit other places, you will be disappointed due to distance. But the beach is very close. So you actually don't have any reason to go out. There is a water park inside, arcade hall with games and lots of activities. The hotel itself is modern but in need of some maintenance here and these. (The rooms, infrastructure etc. Overall, thank you Sherwood dreams team we really enjoyed our time here.
