The pictures do not do this beautiful hotel justice. From the exceptional staff, to the level of detail, this hotel in itself is a treat. You can explore and enjoy the hotel for days, there is so much to it. This is down right the CLEANEST hotel I have ever stayed in, and I am sizing the level of clean compared to most 5☆ hotels. The history and library portion of the hotel is so inviting. The room was just right for us and was a king size non-smoking option. The amenities were top notch and sustainable products were a delight to discover. I was impressed how honorable the hotel functions, as it showcases the areas of conservation and policy in respect of the 17 Sustainable Global Goals. Our time spent here made our quick trip that much more enjoyable!

Random find. Reasonable prices. Great location for the tube lines. Excellent service. Lovely decor and d library themes. Good showers. Lovely firm beds. Wifi is fast. Didn’t eat here so can’t comment on restaurant. 7-11 nearby

My wife and I spent one night here. The rooms and service were amazing. The bed was big and slept comfortably. The only downside was the level of clean that the room was. The room nodoubt was clean but at second glance, attention to detail with dusting is a must when your hotel has such a high price point. That and the walls are extremely thin. We could literally hear everything that was happening outside the room and in adjacent rooms.

Great hotel, if a little tucked away. The rooms were very comfortable and the service was second to none. We had breakfast included, and that was quite varied and tasty, with Japanese, Anglo and Chinese options. The train to Tokyo station, or any underground station is a 7 minute walk. There are loads of restaurants in the area and of course the Tokyo tower is minutes away.

Hotel was great value for money. Neat, clean and had everything we needed. Service was great. It was located between two main stations which made travelling very easy. Definitely would recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
