Our first time to Tokyo and so happy to stay here. We requested a high floor for views and we got them! Staff is great and accommodating. Do spring for the breakfasts! Upstairs with amazing views. Great location. Like really great. Will stay here again.

The hotel was easy to find from the Shibuya train station. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was upgraded for a reason unbeknownst to me, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself, while large, felt very sterile and wasn’t too pleasing on the eyes given the price we paid and compared to other hotels we stayed at in Osaka that we paid the same price for (but I understand the popularity of Tokyo). Other than that, this hotel is great.

The location is amazing, but the room feels a bit ancient. Washrooms weren't the best. It was reeking some weird smell, had the shower curtains changed, and the smell improved a bit. Toilet seat heating wasn't working well. It was on and off. Cerulean Tower was a much better choice, in my opinion.

Great hotel and location. It is very close to the train station, food, bars, and shopping. My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and they were very accommodating. Tokyo was also super cool. Their toilets are heated, they have a breakfast buffet option in their lobby, and there are vending machines/washer dryers and more. If you’re looking for a convenient stay - this is great. We stayed in a corner room with a view.
