Good location that's about it. For USD 160 per night , there's ZERO space for your suitcase. I'm a solo traveller with 1 x-small trolley and 1 medium trolley and no space. They switch off the AC so ZERO ventilation, the TINY window open 1 inch. Housekeeping was LAZY , visible trash from previous guest still in room. Linens with visible stains are not changed. This hotel was good before but the obvious foreigners workforce with lazy work ethics is unacceptable. Toiletries for 5 days was not replenished. No iron or iron board either. Better place elsewhere.

The room was cozy but lack of natural light. We had to cover the curtains because of the people living opposite the hotel. I like the room, and the free amenities for example the soap smells good. But the pillows are so flat. It hurts my neck sleeping on that pillow. It is convenient to walk to Shibuya crossing.

The two-bed room is not as small as we thought. I can easily open two large luggages on the floor but needs careful when walking by, beds are clean and warm. Bathroom is cute. Plus, there’s a lot 50 bars near around. so overall, it worth it!

Lovely Hotel, but why is the breakfast so trash? We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are nice and clean, staff are very kind, and the location is perfect for if you're purely shopping in shibuya. But that breakfast is trash, 2 options and twice there was no coffee, I know it's not the staff's fault as there is only one person on duty. But keep in mind she wolf is next door and they do a good cup of coffee.

The hotel’s location is good. We could leave our luggage before checkin. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was OK, but a light spot was broken and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The walls are a little bit thin too. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, we slept well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
