        It was a beautiful house. Beautiful design and layout. In saying that, I don't recommend it to more than 4 people. It's a small house. Quiet neighbourhood even though it's quite near the train line. Barely hear the train passing. 2 things I did have feedback for the place. 1st: the exit light on the higher level. It's just too bright and l know it's for government requirements. There's definitely another way of doing things. 2nd: the lower floor is concrete, they should put felt on all legs of the chair. You tend to drag the chair when you sit or get up and make a really loud noise. It's annoying for some. Apart from these, it's really a nice place. Our garden didn't really look like the photos, someone walked out and could see their foot print. And not really maintained.

        Excellent location and lovely traditional home for a stay in Kyoto, unfortunately the cleaning standards are yet to improve (bathroom cleaining standard not high enough, the fridge wat not emptied from the previous guests). The house is generally quite dark. The check-in office area is tiny (filled with the suitcases from other guests)

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
