There is 24-hour building work going on to the front. The hotel were not clear on this, and sleep was difficult. The room was very warm, too warm, but the air con setting unit does not work as it's managed centrally. On a positive note, the room, though small, was clean and the bed comfortable. There is also a good breakfast

Room was very warm, it was good to be warm when outside temperature was -4°C but it was just too warm and stuffy, and I couldn’t adjust the aircon/heater. So the only way to make the room cooler is to open the window, then you will get that traffic noise and even construction machine still beeping at midnight. There is another issue, which is the elevator was so slow and always full. Long waiting time.

a nice business hotel. rooms a mid size and quute comfortable but not on the premium side, so do not expect carprts or special smenities. shower head looks promising but the water pressure is low, so the the user experience is low as naturally lowas well. breakfast is very limited and not replaced with different dishes. location depends on what you need but quite good. the service is fine but not exceedingly uniqu

Room is good, but a little bit too small, no space when I put my luggage on it. Toilet is clean and water heater is hot enough. The bed is adjustable using remote control. The air conditioner is centralise, you unable to control it, I went during end autumn and early winter, thus only heater available, if you are from warm country like Malaysia, Singapore or Thailand, maybe will not use to it. You may open the window to allow the cold air come in, trust me, the cold air is better than air conditioner XD. The TV is smart TV, you may watching YouTube and Netflix, there is also an PS4 or 5, you may request the controller from front desk. Food not bad, 4 star standard, but the staff should be more polite. The sentence make me uncomfortable " stop eating we are closing now", if you talk in a more polite way I will give you five star for service. Front desk staff is patience even got language barrier.

Please do not WASTE your money on this hotel. This place used to be good, I regularly stay in different hotels in Seoul and this has to now be the WORST. The fact that they are asking people to pay money for the “stay and rest” is a joke quite frankly, you’ll get ZERO REST. Firstly construction right outside the building started at 2am and went ALL NIGHT. They were drilling a hole into the ground, which obviously makes a tone of noise. Second, the main road facing COEX is no fully painted with antislip Red Paint which makes the car tyres sound like you’re watching the Formula 1 24 hours through the day and night. Third, asking to change rooms at 3am the receptionist said “sorry no rooms I’ll bring you some ear plugs”, which we already had. After some back and forth and some pushing they told us to pack our bags and come upstairs to reception in our Pyjamas. Pushing more and requesting them to come down to come to us the staff reluctantly accepted. They moved us to a “quiet” room that was facing the other direction on a higher floor - sounds good…..until you find out there’s construction SURROUNDING this building. THEY SHOULD BE PAYING US TO STAY HERE AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND - modern day torture tower. If you have any keenness to enjoy your holiday or rest in Seoul or hotel getaway. THIS AINT IT. Other hotels I suggest are Andaz, Mondrian, or budget options are AnteRoom in Garosugil.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
