Very nice hotel that my husband and I have stayed in recently. The hotel is a bit old but the service, maintenance and breakfasts were great. Breakfasts for every culture (both Europeans and Asians).

Standard amenities, bed, toilet and tv was fantastic. I would have given this place a 5 star if not for the intermittent wifi in room. If you want seamless internet, I’m afraid this place will not be for you. Also, the exits 7 and 8 are stairs only. If you have heavy luggage, then please reconsider. The bus stop coming from Seoul station also requires a bit of a drag (5min on rough pavements) to the hotel.

From the perspective of a Seoul-o (ha) traveler looking for a comfortable spot to spend their first night in Korea, this was the perfect hotel. Here's why: 1. Easiest trip from the Incheon Airport. Just take airport limousine bus #6005 for an affordable, comfy ride straight to the hotel. 2. Really nice, but not TOO fancy. You're going to be jetlagged, so treat yourself to a spot that'll guarantee great service and a great night's sleep without making you feel guilty for missing out on 5-star amenities if you sleep the whole time. 3. Awesome, friendly, accommodating staff. I got there a little early to drop off my luggage and they saw my room was ready, so they offered free early check-in. I had one question about the room and they were really nice and quick to get me an answer. 4. Great location. Easy walk to the subway. Easy walk to the Namdaemun Market. 5. Elite breakfast. They have a couple chefs who will make you a rice noodle bowl, omelets, etc. And everything I had from the buffet, from dumplings to french toast to seaweed soup, was SO good. Perfect way to start the day! I'd recommend to anyone visiting, but definitely to travelers figuring out where to spend their first night in Seoul. Hope you have a great trip!

Stayed here with my 2 daughters and felt very safe. It is modern with plenty of staff at reception. The rooms are small but very upscale so it was fine.

Attendants was very helpful and courtesy. While we need help they trying their best to help us and do write down the translate for us. This is what we didn’t expected. Such a nice experience staying in shilla stay with this two friendly staff😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
