        My mom and I stayed here and had a horrible experience. It’s like customer service does not exist here. My mom started to develop these small bumps all over her body the 2nd day and they looked like bed bug bites. We asked to switch rooms and had to literally FIGHT with them to change rooms. They straight up down played the situation by gaslighting her and refused to change our room. We had to speak with 3 different people to finally get our room changed. The only good thing about the location is that it’s close to the subway station, there’s a 7-eleven right below, and a lot of shops nearby. We just thought it would have better customer service since it was in Gangnam… they really need to fix their customer service.

        Not only did they make fun of my foreign guests after we requested a taxi... also witnessed some bullying and toxic culture between the front desk staff. It was so apparent and obvious that it was quite difficult to watch. This attitude came through to the customers, including myself. I would rather pay more to stay at a friendly environment hotel. Also, the showers (plural) are very clogged, and the toilet doesn't flush very well. There was one lady staff that helped us very much and was extremely professional - other than that... bad attitude. Update. No matter how many times we emphasized the address of the destination of our taxi to the staff, he ignored us. Even showed him the full KOREAN name and specific KOREAN address. Even told him there were other sub branches.... He did not emphasize this to the driver while I was right in front of him, and we ended up in the wrong place. I am korean and fully fluent in the language. My partner and friends are not. It was extremely embarrassing to bring my friends here.

        Very very disappointed. The hosts were rude and snobby. I would give them a neagtive star if I could. When they called a taxi for us, totally put in the wrong address even tho we showed it to them on the map. The bath shower won't drain and the toilet couldn't flush for a bit. Definitely worth paying more for somewhere else.

        Shockingly bad service. Location inconveniently placed between two subway stations that it takes 20 mins to walk to any of the stations. Rooms are ok but small, and once the housekeeping left the cleaning supplies in our room which was unheard of at any other hotels I’ve stayed at before. What made me write this review- I went to the front desk to pick up a package, where they claimed they did not receive it and asked me to call the delivery driver. However, after the phone call it turned out that they had it at the front- I requested them to bring it to me since it was their mistake, and they refused to do so and said that I should come down again to pick it up. Honestly a bit shocked that a hotel won’t do such a simple service for their guest.
