Good location. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. In addition, the Maxwell aqua park just beside the hotel. It's convenient for parents with kids. The first floor restaurant is for breakfast and dinner with buffet. The food of buffet is good. Only one suggestion for restaurant is do not play same music always. It's a little bit uncomfortable for customers.

Great place to stay with family. It's pretty close to the Shinagawa station. It's in the midst of the shopping center. You get a discount for the aqua park. The dolphin show is completely different from what you see in other countries. Must see if you are in or visiting Tokyo .

Yea luxury, romantic, quiet, kid friendly, great value, and high tech are all descriptors I cannot apply to this hotel. I’ve stayed in Holiday Inns with comparable levels of convenient spacing that were cheaper that had nicer rooms and more helpful staff. From what I can tell, this location is made of 3 towers, Main, Annex, and East. I’m told Annex is nicer, which is to say, acceptable. Currently in the main tower and I’m cancelling these next two nights as this is not what I paid for. It’s hard to trust any review that doesn’t state which tower, because it seems the experience is so vastly different between the three. In the morning breakfast is in the main tower from 6-10. I can’t say how the food was because I never got there. Our room reservation for 3 magically became 2, and so we were down one card key for breakfast and couldn’t eat. On top of that, massively crowded. Granted there are other restaurant buffet style establishments in the tower, but I can only imagine they were just as busy. Way too many people on the first floor for comfort. Oh and it’s proximity to the Shinagawa Station. It’s neat. But if you’ve been traveling Japan for a bit you’d know that the Shinkansen isn’t everything. It’s costly, and does take you great distances. But it isn’t your primary mode of travel. You could make use of Japan’s renowned taxi services and get to any nicer and probably cheaper hotel just a stones throw away for very little cost. Or take a railway car to get closer to your primary stay. With how cost and delivery stand now, it genuinely feels like the location is just an excuse to price gouge people who don’t know better. Anyways yea. Very stressed now and upset. Wouldn’t recommend.
