First of all, this is not a capsule hotel for everyone, its main target customers are those people that miss last train after having fun at Shinjuku, thus the 10am to 2pm must check out rules. I had previously stayed in other capsule hotel at Japan and they don't have this rules, and I can understand why it had caused much frustration and inconvenience if you are staying for longer period in this hotel. I would first share the pros of its. Yes it is cheap, and situated around 9min from shinjuku JR station, it is very convenient. it has hot bath area, the very reason I booked the hotel for. The bath is awesome and it's the saving grace. The hot bath is nice, try it. It provided the basic toilet amenities, washing and drying machine, facilities wise, it cater the most basic needs so not much to complain. They have english speaking staff so is really convenient for people that cannot speak good Japanese. Here come the cons. The air conditioning is not constant through the sleeping area, the first few day i slept at the lower floor, it become freezing cold at night and I nearly caught a cold due to that. with no blanket provided, I have to use my winter jacket as blanket. then on third day, they accidentally let someone sleep in my pod, so i was moved to another pod which is on 2nd level, and it doesn't have such big fluctuation of temperature at night, I had better sleep because of that. secondly, for some reason, the window at the toilet is opened 24/7, it become such a challenge when you have to use the toilet at midnight due to the freezing wind it blow into the toilet at night. Oh ya, the Wifi is bad, you can only use it at louge which might not be convenient for some thirdly, remember the rules to check out everyday between 10am - 2pm? I thought it would not be a problem to me, turn out it is. I had one bad day during the trip that I had a bad diarrhea and accidentally dirtied my trousers because of that (I normally won't want to say this publicly as this is so embarassing, but I have to, so you know how annoyed and frustrated I am). As I am nearby to the hotel, I had no choice but to made a trip back to the hotel. They at first refuse to let me in due to the cleaning policy, but after negotiation, they allowed me to use the toilet and have a change of clothes. however, I noticed that with such dirty situation, it is near impossible for me to just get change, so I have no choice but to ask if i can use the bath, telling them i am sorry i am in such situation and i know they are cleaning. however, they insist I cant, so I have no choice but to see what can I do with toilet, with sink as my only water resouces. I wish to emphasize that despite my dirty situation, I tried my best to clean up, and any mess caused is immediately clean up by me. Yet one of the staff try to stop me from cleaning myself and my clothes. I tried to explain that I have to clean it a bit before get myself into new clothes and throw my dirty clothes into washing machine later. After much negotiation, finally i was allowed to use the bath house, WITH ADDITIONAL 2K YEN CHARGE. Fine, at least get the job done. It is a very bad experience for me, I dont think anyone would want to experience the same situation I go through, I mean, we all know Japanese society is very rigid and strict with rules, and I don't blame the staff, they go by rules set by the company, but it certainly give off a very bad experience due to the lack of flexibility, human touch and hospitality. For my situation it already can be considered as emergency, as the cold weather and the dirty condition of my trousers has caused eczema to my skins, yet the hotel do not offer help and proceed to charge me for using their facilities at their cleaning period. just wow, imaging you are in an emergency where you are covered in blood yet the hotel shove you off with the 10am to 2pm cleaning rules. My advice to foreign travelers that want to stay long term in this hotel, better not, you never know what will happen to you and you will feel real bad if you fall into similar situations.

not a nice experience. it’s very cold inside the capsules. mattress/futon is uncomfortable and blankets too small and thin. female dormitory floor smells good but the rest doesn’t, specially the lobby with the shoe lockers next to it. capsules are extremely old, but clean. showers are okay, you can use them to warm up yourself after you wake up freezing in your capsule. common area for eating is the opposite of welcoming and comfy. you need to give your keys back every time you want to go outside and take them every time you come in, kind of like a fast check in check out that honestly becomes super annoying. also you are not allowed to use your capsule from 10am-midday because they clean it, so you need to leave the capsule before 10am everyday. staff is friendly but at times they seem annoyed—which i totally understand. you are visiting tokyo(!) so ask yourself: do i want to have a great experience that i’ll remember as something good? if the answer is yes, book somewhere else.

What a horrible experience, it was just a misery. I would never recommend this to anyone. Booked this for multiple nights but canceled it after the first night because the pictures are not accurate with actual place. There is no ventilation inside of the capsule, so this will become a giant sauna when you start sleeping in it. The capsule is closed with a small curtain so there is no dampening of the sound. The only solution was a pair of earplugs provided from the hotel staff. You can hear the noises from all the people that are staying on the same floor, in total there are 265 people sleeping there. The walls of the hotel are not the thickest. So you can imagine there is always sound and activity from the street that is creating noise. On the pictures there is a closed shower being showed, this is only for the woman. Al the men have to shower in the room. There are six shower heads located next to each other. Behind the showers are the baths located, so everyone is just staring at each other. When you are traveling with a bigger backpack or suitcase this doesn’t fit in the locker. So you have to store it in the luggage area, this is accessible for everyone. The reception provided a chain for locking up the bag and cased was closed for them. Overall they are just keen on making money and are not willing to think with you about problems or questions. I have no problem with paying for an experience or service, but this hotel just uses pictures that are deviating from the truth. So if you are keen on sleeping with no privacy and lots of surrounding noises then I would definitely recommend this place, otherwise I would stay as far away as possible.

Heed the reviews here. It’s boosted non-stop in Agoda searches of Tokyo accommodation. Who wouldn’t be attracted by cheap lodging? But cheap is cheap. That’s what this is. One could discern that this is an old establishment right upon entering the only elevator to the 2F lobby. Floor layout can be confusing especially the locker rooms. If you are the cowboy type of traveler and up for an experience, try it. Their 24-hour communal bath may be a shocker to some, but know that they have shower stalls if you want your privacy, although limited to two or three cubicles only. Their luggage storage is chaotic since all guests share this, it reeks of cigarette being next to a smoking room. Many guests come in and out of this place, I was thinking, may also be misled by marketing. Cleanliness is a primary concern in common areas, pods, especially in toilets. For longer stays, I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed here–thank goodness–for just two nights. The upside I could tell is that the hotel is located smack right in the frenetic Shinjuku area, close to establishments where you could dine and shop. If you need peace after all that, stay the night somewhere else not here.

This place is on the 3rd floor at Toyo Building in the central of Shinjuku. It's very good location. You can see several restaurants around here. But actually it's not easy to find so you should follow your dependable GPS. About the accommodation, I booked the female capsule. It's quite great for backpackers. Very cheap and simple. It's not only just the bed for sleeping when we're tired all day, but also it's really convenient in many many things. The bathroom was separated to toilet and shower room. You don't need to pick up any stuff. This place gives you all. I love taking a bath here. It's very clean.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.
