Great view, you can even hear the trains off in the distance really adding to the atmosphere. So far the most spacious room I have stayed at with the best bathroom and bathroom layout. Amazing location about 6 minute walk from the station.

Rooms clean. Great location and the east facing rooms have a gorgeous view of Kabukicho. Very helpful staff, although having reception split across two floors is a bit confusing. Bring a short extension cord for any heavy chargers as plugs are loose and all vertical

The location is right by the Shinjuku station and that was pretty convenient but it is busy and touristy in the area. Subnade mall underground close by is more chill and nice. Just a few minutes walk to Omoide Yokocho with tiny shops doing yakitori. Hotel staff was very nice and spoke English. They also held our bags for us while we explored after checkout on our last day. The room itself had a cool view of Godzilla, but the room was so small and there is no surface to put anything out. We found it quite a hassle to dress and move around in there. The worst part was the terrible sewer gas that comes up the bathroom pipes. We made the mistake of leaving the bathroom door open the first night and the smell woke me up. Even the hall smells stinky. So all things considered I would not stay here again.

We weren’t charged for the drinks we ordered (wine/coffee) As a kind gesture, after an hour of waiting while verifying the mileage coupon we used to avail the lunch course at Fuga Dining. The view from the top was very nice and as well as the food. Staff were attentive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
