I had a very good experience with the service of Shinjuku Urban Hotel! the Staff is amazing and very friendly and every single wish i had the tried to gave me what i wish for. If you are not expecting luxury modern rooms and you need just a good stay for the sleep, bc you explore tokyo the whole day, then this property should be your go. You are connected to so many different subways and train lines all around so you can explore this mega city easily. Thanks to everyone and all the best!

Awesome hotel to stay in Shinjuku. The family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable (3 beds, living room, kitchen with stove, washing+drying machine, large shower+bath). The staff was extremely helpful and nice the entire time. Also fun area to be in if you enjoy nightlife.

Good experience : - Despite being small and looking old, the room is actually nice, mastress is great. Only Inconvenience i had was perhaps the noise : washing machine above 9th floor and - no noise cancellation from the windows :/ Staff is great and polite, excellent service 👍

Amazing place with super sweet staff. It was very clean, automatic heating on toilet, staff were super kind (I forgot my key on my door and they gave me a cute note and kept it for me instead of waking me up), The room was big, and they also helped me call for a taxi. I’m super satisfied and the price was great too! I booked in the middle of the night as I had complications accessing my share house. Truly a lifesaver, thank you for everything!!

Great location, great price, great rooms. Can't say enough about this place. The reception didn't speak much English, but they did their best, including me calling from the US to see if I can check in early (which they allowed because no one was in the room). Our room had two beds, a futon, full kitchen, washer, and bathtub. For the value, this is basically unbeatable. I see all these negative reviews and I just think people grew up with silver spoons in their mouth and expect a throne and gold in all their hotels or something even when they are paying for a budget hotel. For the price, this is unbeatable for the area and better than a lot of mid-range hotels I've stayed at.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
