I've stayed at this establishment on multiple occasions. The room decor is classy and has yet to date. Bathroom is very well laid out and equipped. Room hygiene excellent. The hotel has an intimate air and lends an air of privacy when one is going to the rooms and indeed when one is in the rooms General hotel decor is elegant and feels as though serious thought was taken as opposed to just throwing design patterns around. Booking is straightforward. Concierge and front desk staff always very welcoming and helpful. The lobby tends to get busy at times and is quiet at others. Location is excellent as are the surrounding restaurants. Baker and Spice remains a classic attraction with excellent food and even better desserts. Highly recommend

A good boutique hotel option in Jeddah, just ok service for a 5 star hotel. good food. Excellent location. Nice gym and pool. Horrible horrible spa. they don’t have a room designed for spa الوضع كان تسليك.. You can just say spa is unavailable and maintain your 5 stars standards and skip that amenity until you can really effectively deliver the service.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the expansive and impeccably clean rooms. The service I received was truly outstanding, and the hotel's location was ideal. The housekeeping staff also deserves praise for their excellent work. Anas and Alya from the reception went the extra mile to provide exceptional treatment and assistance throughout my entire stay.

Everything was amazing the hotel the service Dania was exceptionally helpful. The only comment I have was the perfume on the 2nd floor corridor was super strong and was not pleasant

Had a great overall experience to organize corporate events. They have spacious meeting rooms, ambience and a great team especially Mr. Wasim and his staff did excellent job! Mr. Arnel was very cooperative throughout from reservations till the end. Highly recommended Hotel and meeting rooms for corporate events!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
