One of the best hotels in old town area of Baku, clean and large rooms, highly cooperative staffs. It’s a new property and well maintained. View from the terrace is amazing. Area of improvement: Breakfast spread and variety is not good for a 5 star hotel and they must work on it. Definitely worth staying again in the future.

The best hotel in Baku old city ... i stayed in room 206...Mr emil manager was so nice to us and all other staff is very very good. I must say that if anyone is coming baku he/she should book this shirvanshah hotel in baku old city as its UNESCO world heritage.... the breakfast was lavish and everything was so quick really have to give 10 star if 10 was available... If you book other hotels you will get disappointed of not choosing this shirvanshah hotel. dont miss The area is just walking distance from baku eye/carpet museum/ little vennis and nizami street .

Hotel is good but staff is very arogant. Specially the night shift guy. I slept without pillow all night because the staff was busy playing PUGB in the reception. I recomend do not stay here if you want to enjoy

We had a great stay here! We stayed in a Junior Suite that was large and had its own kitchenette. The Breakfast and dining area were lovely. There is a lot of space for you to sit and relax with a book or your computer. The area itself is close by many attractions and restaurants. You may see reviews about the carpet being a tad stained. Yes, some spots are however I believe it needs a professional carpet cleaner. They have laundry and airport transportation service for an additional fee. We would stay here again and really want to thank the front desk staff. The lady in the morning and the gentleman in the evening were very hospitable and attentive. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I love the hotel... The views from fourth floor is great. You can view the flame towers. Staff are friendly and nice. I would come again They have airport transfer additional cost. Very quiet area Breakfast is good has many things. Negatives about hotel: carpet dirty and I think room cleaning can be improved especially the bathroom. Whoever cleaning don't seem to have enough knowledge on how deep cleaning should be. I think management should better train cleaning staff. For me this was the only negative every thing else was wonderful here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
