Booked a seperate twin share and double room, both were well-sized for Japan and had modern facilities. Good aircon and air purifiers in the room available, bathroom was sizeable. Would recommend a stay here and location was 10-15 from main tourist part.

The one thing that makes me excited was the self-checking machine. I like these things on Japan, how automated things are. Anyway back to Hotel. The location is bit far from the city center - 15min walk. Otherwise I have nothing I can complain about. It was very nice stay. If i have chance I will stay once again. Japanese accommodations service is one of the bests I ever experienced.

Completely non-smoking hotel, close to Karasuma Oike subway station and really impressive level of service from staff. When we arrived without a booking, they were very prompt and kind and spoke English well. Their assistance was very much appreciated as we were quite tired at this point and hadn't counted on having to find a new hotel on the spot. The hotel was very clean and well set up. Coin operated laundry room was convenient and worked well. There was a generous supply of toiletries available in the reception area - including packets of all different scented bath bombs. There was also a face mask pampering pack provided and complimentary bottles of water for each person in the room. We stayed in a twin room, and admittedly it was a little tight with both of our bags in the mix. Overall it was comfortable and the staff were excellent. FYI we found this hotel using Google search, as the hotel we'd been booked into around the corner allowed smoking on every floor so the rooms there were horrible.

Everything is great. Except breakfast. I totally understand that majority of visitors are japanese and from Asia, they are main client and enjoy these meals for breakfast. However hotel adverts breakfasts as westernized, but there is almost nothing I can eat at the morning :(

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
