The hotel room overall is satisfactory and reasonable especially the toilet layout - the shower is in a separate room. The staff is polite and friendly too. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby within walking distance. For people who use the subway a lot, a 10-15 minutes walk may be considered as not close during winter months. On the contrary, bus stops for various routes are literally everywhere.

But here's the cherry on top – opting out of room cleaning not only adds an eco-friendly badge to your stay but also scores you a complimentary coke, beer, and tea – a delightful bonus. As if that weren't enough, there's a thoughtful touch with free green tea and coffee available in the lobby, instantly catering to your preference for either cold or hot green tea and offering a comforting cup of hot coffee. And let's talk practicalities – reasonably priced washer and dryers that aren't bogged down with crowds. Whether you're in need of a quick caffeine fix or looking to freshen up your wardrobe, this place has you covered without burning a hole in your pocket. Despite the minor hiccup of slightly rough towels, our overall experience was delightful, making it a no-brainer that we'd choose to stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were really great. The room was extremely clean and had everything you could need. The street had good restaurants and was close to the market, but was lovely and quiet at night. It was also a really nice touch to have complimentary items, such as bath salts, a free coffee machine and japanese robes. Would highly recommend for a sightseeing trip to Kyoto.

Big rooms and we were given water bottles everyday and in addition, there was a complimentary water machine and tea machine in the lobby. Very spacious bed as well. Staff were friendly too !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
