Definitely value for money, but it’s only great for short trip. Booked for only 1 night and to our surprise got a pretty spacious room. Can fit 2 luggage and 2 hand carry bag and still able to move around freely. Theres mounted table, water cook, decent chair and place to hang a few clothes. But there’s no wardrobe. Aircon is working fine and bed is decent. There’s a weird smell to the place even after entrance and the walls are not sound proof, but thats definitely according to the price paid. There’s a mosque in walking distance but not much thing around. Need to book a grab or at least have a car. Overall, decent short stay if you are on a budget !

Last minute booked a triple room with windows for 2 adults and 1 child for 2 nights. 1. Simple check-in process. 50rm cash deposit at the reception. 2. Has water dispenser for hot and cold water at the lobby. 3. Room is big for 1 single bed + 1 queen bed. 4. Has no smoking signs around the hotel. Figured out that it's the housekeeper who smokes and smokes up our room after the room was made when we came back from a whole day out. I am allergic to smoke and had a bad flu and sore throat from that night. I had to wear a mask to sleep. Tried my best to open the window to let the smoke out. 5. Mini ants crawling around the room, tables, toilet, beds. 6. No food around the area but can Grabfood. No issues. 7. No tables to eat your meal. Just had to do it on the floor. 8. Simple toiletries provided. Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap. 9. Sound proofing was poor. Can hear the neighbours. 10. I will come back if not for the smoking issue.

First, I'll say the employees are friendly and helpful. The 3 stars is for a shower that was either very hot or very cold, the temperature adjustment didn't work at all. When we arrived, the smell from the cleaning was very strong and made it hard to breathe. The bathroom door wouldn't close. It's definitely not a 3 star Michelin hotel. It's an ok place to stay if you're only staying for 1 night, maybe 2.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
