We love this hotel, almost every time we visit Tbilisi we stay here. We love the service, the location, the amenities, and the food... This time unfortunately there is no pool, no sauna, and even no elevator... Are we on vacation or not? Should a person pay full price per stay and also carry their own luggage and baby stroller using the stairs? Please take care of the hotel issues so we will come back again... Thank you.

Stayed there for 3 nights in Oct. Modern design. Has one lift. Rooms are spacious. We booked the one with a bathtub and there was space for the table, a lounge chair, the fridge and mini bar, and plenty of floor space for luggages. There’s also a pillow menu if you want to change pillows. Toiletries are provided. Staff were helpful in giving information. No issues booking a Bolt even early in the morning. Best part of the hotel was the convenient location. Entrance of the hotel faces the side of the Parliament House. It’s a short walk to the Liberty square metro and the Galleria mall. We also saw the pool as the restaurant though we didn’t use it. Hotel is quite quiet, the 4 days we were there we only bumped into 4 guests. Cons Sound proofing of the windows wasn’t the best. While we couldn’t hear other hotel guests, we heard parties from outside though our windows faces a quiet street. Didn’t disturb us but if you’re sensitive to noise then it might. Also, TV was quite small and did not have many English channels. We couldn’t find the YouTube but we did find Netflix. Unfortunately the Netflix connection was bad and continuously hung on one of the nights.

Excellent location in the city center right next to the Parliament House, central and quiet location. The staff is very pleasant, helpful with any question, we booked a superior room, we got a huge room, decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a pillow menu... instead of an excellent restaurant, with amazing chef dishes, at an affordable price, exceptional service and waiters

We had an excellent stay in the Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel for 3 nights, with 4 persons. We loved the spacious rooms, sauna and pool. Breakfast was healthy and fresh and friendly personnel. As a guest we got 10% discount in the restaurant and 1 free wine. They have a nice terrace and live music! The central location is perfect to explore Tbilisi from.

One of the best hotels i have stayed at in some time. Great service! Comfortable rooms. Loved the pool for laps and sauna. Stayed for almost 2 weeks and was very pleased.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
