I stayed here for a night whilst on a night out at tower bridge. It was good value for money compared to hotels and very easy to access. It's a 3 min walk from Aldgate East tube station and was about a 15-20 walk from tower bridge. Staff were very helpful and showed me around the apartment on arrival. Everything was clean and in good order. Didn't use many of the facilities as I just needed a bed for the night, but the kitchen is well equipped if you did want to have a meal there. Would certainly use again

Shq Apartments is nice and clean apartment. We stayed there for four nights. The flat has dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, French press, kettle. It has nice sofa in the living room which supports my belly since I'm pregnant. I am totally satisfied with households. The only disappointment is free wifi. I am coming non European zone, so I couldn't use my own data. In the apartment, the free wifi issue not working properly. It is a bit pitty.

Short walk from Aldgate East, less than 5 minutes. Convenience store across the street, well stocked. Accommodation is good, with large bathroom and a joint living room and kitchen. All necessary appliances are available. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Booked on Air bnb, flats are clean, spacious ( for London) 2 minutes walk from a tube station. There's a shop opposite . An amazing kebab place. ( real Turkish lamb shish) clean bedding, clean towels. Perfect.

Great location near London Tower and very covenient stores. Allows cooking and laundry. Get a non road facing unit for quiet when sleeping. Clean and well furnished. Small TV.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
