A great place to go with small kids. The pool, beach, bar, and restaurant are all very close together. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was simple but decent (Thai & western options) only had lunch at the restaurant once and it was not bad either. There are other restaurants, bars, nightclubs and boat rental places along the beach, but it was never so loud at night that we could hear it in our room. The Himmel Beach Bar is right in front of the southernmost rooms blaring loud music, but I think it closes around 6 pm or so. The cleaning staff did a really great job in the rooms and they came by every day to see if you wanted your room made up. As with almost every place we've stayed in Thailand so far, the grounds could use a bit of maintenance, but the rooms are nice and modern and you spend most of your time in the pool or on the beach anyway.

Really enjoyed this resort. The location smack on the beach. Plenty of stuff to do nearby or in the sea such as paddle boarding or canoeing. But for me the big positive differentiator is they are open for you to bring your pets any pets. I brought my 3 dogs and we were not the only ones with pets. Sure be a bit careful with the monkeys but there are plenty of spots to walk the dogs. The service of the staff was also very good. And yes the sunset with a cold one on the beach with your loved one sitting on the big beach swing devine.

The room wasn't really clean, the staff at the front desk weren't welcoming at all. The view from the room was gorgeous though. If you want a quiet and peaceful experience, maybe this is your place but as tourists I'd recommend someplace more vibrant and happening. Hotels closer to the whitesand beach would serve you better!!

Front desk person in particular very rude and unprofessional. Overall resort unkempt, have expected lush vegetation. Plants and shrubs untended. Overall cleanliness is bad. The floor exiting the kitchen area is greasy. The breakfast was way below standard. They forced us to pay for the new year eve celebration 1,500BHT/person. Overall for a 4,100BHT/room/night or $142 it is way overpriced. In a nutshell it is a very bad deal.

Second time staying here. No regrets. A great location on Lonely Beach and 10 to 15 min walk into the village either along the beach part of the way or along the road. I stay in the cheapest rooms but still spacious, clean and comfortable. Good WiFi everywhere on the resort.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
