All the staff are very warm and welcoming. The service is excellent. They pay prompt attention to your needs. The buggy drivers bring you from Point A to B and return carefully. Despite the heat and heavy traffic, these drivers are all the time very pleasant. The bedroom is always very tidy and clean by the time we get back to the room in the afternoon. A good spread of food provided for breakfast. At the executive lounge, the service is excellent. Staff walk by to see to your needs. They are friendly. Overall it is service with a smile. We will come back again as we feel good and well taken care.

Me and my family had the pleasure of staying at the Siam Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and genuine hospitality. The rooms are a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, offering stunning views and every amenity one could desire. The attention to detail in the room design and cleanliness was remarkable. One highlight of my stay was the exceptional dining options. Whether it was savoring exquisite Thai cuisine at their on-site restaurant or enjoying international flavors, the culinary experiences were a true delight. We were a group of five gals staying across 3 rooms in early January 2024. We kicked off a 2+ week trip at this hotel and it was the perfect soft landing after 20+ hours of travel. We were in the deluxe balcony category rooms. The configuration made it a bit challenging for two people with large suitcases to lay out their things, but other than that, extremely lovely. Beds are firm, be prepared ;) The buffet breakfast was a highlight for all of us. Everything you would expect at a typical buffet plus an impressive array of detox shots and wellness juices, freshly steamed dumplings, a noodle bar, complimentary sparkling wine, and more. The entire staff was very kind and helpful, from check in to poolside, to restaurant, valet, etc. The location is very central -- this large hotel is basically hidden behind Siam Paragon. It is about a 10 minute walk through the mall to the BTS (Siam station), or taxis are readily available. Soi 6 is not far (10-12 mins walking) and there are lots of great massage shops/spas over there.

We loved our 4-night stay at Siam Kempinski. It is a stunningly beautiful, serene place to spend time in the centre of Bangkok. All of the facilities are exceptional. All of the staff do anything for you - and with a smile. The hotel goes well above expectation to make everyone's stay enjoyable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
