Such a great hotel that is in a great location, well priced with great excellent pool and gym. Best hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok out of the 5 times I've visited and numerous hotels I've spent time in. Definitely will have this as the hotel I'll stay at in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

The woman at the front desk along with all the staff were very very courteous and helpful ! Once we turned on google translate they went above and beyond Our room was adorable spacious and very very clean - they offer transportation to the train station and are located close to many food places I’d definitely stay here again

Quiet and cozy. We stayed three nights. It was enough to test the luxury suite which are really comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is mixed with local fruits and eggs and sausages. We enjoyed the rooftop pool too and it was perfect. The service is sweet and speaks good English. They help pretty much for everything and gave us advices for transportation (buses, taxi etc.). The only point we didn't like was the distance between the main Street and the hotel but the reward is tranquility for sure!

A very spacious room with many shops to do shopping activities and eating stalls nearby. The swimming is also big and not too crowded.

Nice and clean rooms but the location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The pool is not really usable because of the traffic on the street right next to the place! There is no bar and everything is closed down by 10pm. The train station in 600m away but they offering shuttle service. It’s more like a guesthouse rather then the offered 5 star hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
