Great place to stay in London, excellent location right next to the bus stop. Single room was a bit small but compact. It had everything that was required. Bathroom too. Clean and safe hotel. I got a complimentary breakfast during my stay, which was quite nice. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Great part of London to stay, number 24 bus right outside the door a real plus Check-in was great, all the staff were very helpful, hotel was super clean! Only complaint was the size of the bed, we booked a double and didn’t specify that we weren’t on our way to Mordor - but we got a hobbit bed any way

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Under 10 mins walk from Victoria station. Sadly I left a plug behind I thought they would post it free!!! Flip no very expensive for them to do a few minute job! Customer care no!

The best things about this hotel for me were the bus outside the door going to Trafalgar Square past some great London sights, also the efficient black out curtains, and breakfast was pretty ok. I was given an upgrade to a bigger room, but it was hidden in a rabbit warren below ground with a series of fire doors and lifts to navigate! (I may have missed signs for stairs but didn't see one in case of fire). Luckily the person who turned out to be the breakfast lady gave me directions to my room. I could hear snoring through the wall. If the rain currently falling in NYC right now had happened in London a few days ago, I'd have been wading through water or worse. The staff were nice but seemed unaware of local restaurants (they should have a list). My stay was not terrible but overall, I would not recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
