We really liked the hotel. The room 212 was comfortable, the pool is great and breakfast really good. BUT: they really should mention that there is a band playing every night until 1:30 in the hotel bar. This is not suitable for families with children. We arrived completely tired after a long flight and it was impossible to find sleep. The baby woke up the whole time and was shaking because of the loud music. Even the windows were shaking due to the extremely loud music. This was the reason why we had to search another hotel room for the next night and we didn’t get the money back for the night, that we didn’t sleep there.

Unfortunately we cannot put zero star. I have booked a superior room (30m2), to be comfortable because we were 4 people. The hotel proposed to us a room under the stairs where it’s smell humidity (like a cave), without natural light(only a small window under the stairs). We asked for another room, the guy of the reception changed for a standard room without tell us that it was a standard. 4 people in 15m2 with small beds (130 or 140cm). We asked again to have the superior room, that we payed for, but there hasn’t other superior room available, he didn’t propose any other solution or even refund the difference of the price. He contacted his manager but she didn’t answer even the next day on the morning. So we paid more for a superior room that we didn’t get. The bathroom was in a bad condition, rust, sediment and there was 2 cm between the door of the bathroom and the wall... (picture) We also find spider’s web in the small room. Only the balcony was pleasant. We regret staying at this hotel, we had several choices but we made a mistake when we selected this one, fortunately it was only for one night.

We traveled with friends, booked 2 rooms. During the first week, money (EUR) disappeared from the locked safe of our friends' room. He indicated this at the reception, but was almost laughed at. About 5-6 days later, money (USD) also disappeared from the locked safe of our rooms. Someone embezzled the money. We also indicated this at the reception. The next day, he promised that the manager would come at 10, then he came at 2 in the afternoon. He said that it was impossible that the employees would have done it, he was sorry and offered to pay for a round at the bar. Thanks, pretty weak attempt. In addition, there was no water 2-3 times a day, it was not possible to take a shower or use the toilet, the rooms were musty and moldy, after rain there were puddles in the closed corridor. The only positive was the breakfast at FAH. We were prepared for the noise, you can bear it with earplugs. Overall, our opinion of the hotel is very negative.

Very budget hotel fits what I paid... What does have going is bar with 20 p cent discount and live music. And main location.. Now room changed as promised all lovely thank you to the receptionist who acted as swiftly as possible.. my room is now beautiful... am in pool area like kenyan jungle lodge..after a delicious breakfast choice served by best waiter in town.. I m really impressed with welcome from bar restaurant adjoining hotel and choice of breakfast from pancakes to healthy yogurt to eggs made anyway or even tacos.. brilliant add on .thanks to all ..One extra they re doing works at hotel today nothing yet but noise all day yesterday... this should be told before you reserve..Also luckily there is a pool as no fault of hotel but whole beach area has horrible mountains of algae yet to see a machine clearing it .. so be warned ..

Very cosy oaza in the middle of the most touristic part of Playa. Close to all restaurants and beach. The pool is in the beautiful shaded garden. Everything is cleaned every day and the stuff is very nice. Very tasty breakfast in the bar Fah just next door. Fah is also a great place to go for drinks and live music in the evening. The only disadvantage is that it is very loud so if you are not into partying or are a light sleeper it is good to have ear plugs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
