        We would like to start by saying a big thank you to Siete Mares for such an enjoyable experience. We spent 10 nights here for our honeymoon in one of the deluxe suites. The room was very modern whilst keeping with the Santorini theme, We loved it. Our balcony view was excellent, it feels very private as you don’t overlook anyone, nor does anyone overlook you. We loved having our breakfast on the balcony whilst enjoying the views. You quickly get to know the staff as it is quite a small team who all work so hard to make your stay enjoyable. The receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. They will help you with any enquires you might have & will help with bookings. They helped us book our catamaran excursion(highly recommend) & arranged our rental car. The owners are always around helping the staff & greeting the guests which was great to see. The food is great, you’ll pick your breakfast the day before & they deliver to you at your chosen time. There’s a nice selection to choose from & you are able to make special requests, We loved the omelettes! You can also order snacks & meals. We stayed in a few nights & tried Santorini pizza & gyros which were very tasty, we also felt the food prices were very reasonable. Overall we highly recommend these villas if you are looking for somewhere peaceful & picturesque on a lovely island look no further. Rebecca & Luke

        The hotel is located on an extremely steep hill, causing significant problems for vans and larger vehicles. It's not walkable, so you absolutely must have a car or some other transportation method. The mini-bus driver who dropped us off was visibly upset with the ascent. Breakfast is served by picking items from a menu provided in the room, but you're only allowed to choose one item from each category. You must hand the menu over to reception by the end of the day to receive breakfast, which is a ridiculous and outdated system that reminds me of my primary school days. The shower water spills out into the main areas of the bathroom, making the entire bathroom floor wet and slippery. The manager's (not sure if this was the manager) solution was to tilt the showerhead inward, but as a tall person, this was an incredibly uncomfortable and inconvenient fix. On top of that, the hand soap dispenser and showerhead both had significant limescale buildup. The unheated pools make swimming uncomfortable during colder weather, (to be fair it was never stated as heated in the booking however) But what's even worse is that a staff member came early in the morning to clean the pool without giving any sort of warning. With our windows open, the staff member was able to see right inside. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they claimed it was in a booklet, which is an absurd way to communicate important information to guests. Regarding the neighbours, you can indeed hear your neighbours, you can even see through to other premises through the gaps in the fence. Be mindful about this when being in the pool area. During my stay, I heard the neighbours beating something like a mat several times, I also heard them shower... Thank god that's all I heard… As far as I'm concerned, this hotel is far from being a 5-star luxury establishment. It's more like a 3-star hotel. PS: It should be noted that i bought up some of the above concerns to the management, a remediation was spoken about but no further follow up was done. The solution was moving us to a smaller room which was less than what we paid for. If all aspects of a hotel isn’t five star please don’t advertise it as such. Then customers wouldn’t book a hotel expecting the same level of service and quality.

        Absolutely amazing place to stay we just come back and it was the best place ever the staff were the best made us feel so comfortable and the food was fantastic and they made mine and my wife’s honeymoon so fantastic will definitely go back I can’t say thank you enough to all the staff they was always there to help when ever we needed them breakfast was fantastic would definitely recommend to anyone

        We are so glad we picked this hotel for our honeymoon. The suite was unbelievable, including the private pool. But most of all, the staff and owners were the most wonderful people to interact with. They pretty much helped us with every activity we went to, from recommendations to bookings and arranging taxi's. They even gave us a complimentary wine bottle on our first day. A stay well never forget and we're so grateful for their endless hospitality. Also their chef is amazing, my wife loved the risotto!! The Breakfast was my favourite😋

        I’ve just stayed for 2 weeks and completely agree with all the 5 star ratings, the location and accommodation and staff are 1st class and exactly what myself and my wife needed to have a restful break. Everything is so perfect that when there are some minor things not quite right, one resident playing music in the morning for a few minutes until I guess they were told to stop, or maybe a lack of consistency in housekeeping - topping up coffee capsules (wasn’t done a couple of days), or a teaspoon missing etc, they are so minor it doesn’t matter. They are a new young hotel and I am sure they will improve. Overall, completely enjoyed our experience staying at here and would highly recommend it.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
