People were incredibly nice and helpful and was great value for the price. Villa owner is also a sigiria tour guide and is more than welcome to lend a hand. Recommend strongly if you need a place to stay near Sigiria.

Perfect place. Very cozy clean separate house and area around. Large bedroom and bathroom. Everything is done with soul and comfort. Power outlets on each side of the bed, great fast wifi. The owner and his wife are kind, helpful and very friendly. The owner can suggest the route and share information. He saw a flat tire on a scooter and helped pump it up for us. Very tasty traditional breakfast. In addition, we asked to make us dinner. It was delicious. If we ever pass by, we will definitely stop by again.

We loved this little paradise. Shani and her family are incredibly kind and welcoming. We felt incredibly relaxed and comfortable here.The food was fantastic and out of this world. Best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. Shani helped us arrange local tours which were great. Loved Sri Lanka, and Sigiri hibiscus villa.. 🇱🇰🌺❤

Very comfortable rooms with ac and peaceful. The only thing you will hear are the birds and the monkeys. The hostess is really lovely and caring. Very gentle and kind. The Sri Lankan dinner prepared at the hotel is excellent. Highly recommended. You might occasionally find an elephant wandering around ...

We had a fantastic stay at Sigiri hibiscus villa, the villas are in such a beautiful peaceful place.The rooms were very comfortable and generous and the food was delicious! The staff were so friendly and made us feel very special - their service was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
