I spent 4 night in Padma house. I had a great time, the house is located a bit off the main road, and the center which made it super quiet. I had a scooter, so super easy to go around. Lion rock is like 10 min away by scooter. She has a tuktuk and can drop you off as well. The place is her home with her husband and 2 of her sons. All this family is super welcoming, and helpful. The room is part of the house. It’s tidy and clean, nothing to say ! Big big + to Padma’s food ! It’s super delicious, incredibly tasty and super well cooked ! I discovered new vegetables, and new flavours ! I very recommend this place to stay ! Thank you again !!

Stayed here for a weekend from Friday to Sunday. The rooms were clean and maintained. The hosts were very welcoming and it truly felt like home. The location is fine in my opinion, it's only a one minute walk from the main road, but some might prefer a more central location on the main road.

we had a great stay at this place on first week of Nov 2021. such a nice vibrant and lively host she was. all the time laughing. the room was adjacent to the home where she and her family staying. so we could get to feel a close watch on their stay and culture etc. and understand the srilankan family stay. she was very organized and active, dropped by her tuk tuk to the view point near by and explaining us about the landscape specialty of the place etc. puduranga rock and its importance. when asked for little coconut oil she came and gave me a head massage, that was her hospitality. and it was quite a relaxation post my long journey. she gave us good juice and tea too.

Very welcoming family and always available. Had a great time sharing with them. The room is very clean and the bed comfortable. Asked the mom to prepare breakfast with her and she explained everything to me. Highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
