Such a lovely place with a sweet family living there. You get big private room with a patio, and everything you need. During our stay we could hear and see a few peacocks nearby, which was nice. My favorite thing was the homemade food - it was very very tasty, and that was the best Kattu I’ve had in Sri Lanka.

Our recent stay at this homestay was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel like we were visiting an old friend. The host, an absolutely wonderful person, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect in every way. The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, and the modern, well-maintained toilet added to our overall comfort. It's clear that the host takes great pride in maintaining the homestay to the highest standards. One of the standout features of this homestay is its location. With numerous restaurants and cafes nearby, we had no shortage of options for delicious meals and coffee. What truly made our experience exceptional was the peaceful ambiance of the homestay. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, we felt like we were far removed from the hustle and bustle. What touched our hearts the most was the thoughtful surprise we received upon our arrival. The host had prepared a beautiful wedding anniversary message in our room, which was a heartwarming gesture. It demonstrated their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests, making us feel truly special. In summary, our stay at this homestay was an absolute delight. It combined the comforts of home with the luxury of a high-end accommodation. We felt safe, welcomed, and cherished throughout our visit. If you're looking for a magical experience in a charming location with an incredible host, this homestay should be your top choice.

A lovely place, the owner is really nice and helps you with everything you need, the rooms are clean and big , each room has 2 double beds, the accommodation includes breakfast, the meals are very large, the owner will take you to the nearby attractions for free, a very, very recommended place

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
