        Cleanliness is a issue here, Reception staff are rude, bathroom is dirty and old... expecially towels are like door mat.. I have stayed here for 2 days almost the same menu for the breakfast. 99% only Indian guest are staying here... 1200 to 1300 bhat what they charge per room here... it's not in the 4 star or even 3 star category of hotel.i will never recommend this hotel to any one who are traveling with family.

        I would like to give even less than 1 star to this hotel. The rooms were not at all clean, furniture was way too old. There were no toiletries inside the bathroom. Super unhygienic rooms and bathroom. The staff is not at all cooperative. They charged 100 Baht for a cracked glass. They make us feel that we are liars. The staff should know and learn how to talk to their guests. The breakfast buffet food specially the Indian food was so bad. The biggest disadvantage is that this hotel is not at all family friendly, the crowd is below third grade here. I am highly disappointed with everything in this hotel. Think twice here if you are planning to stay with you family.

        10 minutes walk from the walking street, same 10 minutes in the other direction to the pier. Rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was disappointing, better get something outside.

        Location of the hotel is good, rooms were also decent and clean. Staff was quite rude. On the first day they refused to clean the room, did not provide us with towels, shower gel, coffee, water etc. The woman at the reception is an extremely cheap and greedy woman. She only cares about money and not customers.

        Cleanliness of the hotel is worst, poor maintenence, food all similar for last two days of our stay, our travel agent GT holidays said it's a 4 star hotel ,but it's very ordinary hotel.. similar hotel you can get in south India for 2500 to 3000 rupees. Staff here doesn't know what is hospitality. Specially the staff working in the reception.
