The room is smaller than Park Hyatt, but location is better. Chairs in the room is not comfortable to sit. Dinner at The View is below expectations. They have lots of good ingredients, but results are not good especially seafood are over cooked a little. Sashimi section is very good. Restaurant service is good. Breakfast is ok. fitness center & pools are excellent.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here and enjoyed our stay. The check in was seamless as we had arrived late in the evening after a flight. We were shown to our beautiful room which had a gorgeous sea view. The bedroom was roomy and the bathroom was lovely with amazing smelling luxury products. They had a complimentary lounge with refreshments with a sea view which was a real treat to visit. The hotel is right next to the beautiful beach, has a few lovely restaurants and is perfect to have a stay as a treat. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and even if sometimes there was a limit in how much English the staff knew (which by the way is A LOT more then my Korean), they would go out of their way to be accomodating to find someone who can help speak the language or to find a way to communicate. Unfortunately we were poorly when we visited but we loved our stay and would love to come back to adventure a bit more of Busan! I would definitely recommend staying.

Not near to train station or busan station. Do note that they do not provide some basic amenities (i.e. You will need to pay for Tooth brush and toothpaste), which is very unheard of for me even among my other hotel in Seoul and a big turn off for this price point. TV settings is in Korean so not able to use the other stuff. Gym was not available for the day we checked in. Check in was seamless (late at night) and staff spoke English which was good. Hotel is nice and well kept.

The hotel as a building is great. Very nicely designed and looked after. The location is great too. The staff however are really bad. They dont understand proper english, when i asked the concierge to book me a transportation it was like i asked them to do something unheard of. They got really confused and started scrambling around to book it. When they booked the transportation for a full day, the driver decided to stop halfway through the booking and said he had something to do. The staff didnt want to refund me for the unused hours and didnt know how to communicate with me as they dont speak english. Eventually i managed to convince them after using a translation app and approximately wasting 20 minutes of my time with them. If you wanna visit Busan unfortunately this hotel is the best option for a 5 star hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
