Rooms and bathrooms are small but clean. Breakfast is average for a vegetarian. Hotel location is very nice in the heart of the city. Very near to Petronas Tower, hardly 1-2 kms from hotel.

The hotel is located in a strategic area where you can easily navigate between iconic buildings like Kuala Lumpur Tower, Twins tower and TRX. There are also 5 train stations, three LRT(Bandaraya to travel to Sentul, Dang Wangi and Masjid Jamek) and two Monorail stations(Medan Tuanku and Bukit Nanas). All within 1Km. There’s also a free bus stop from Bukit Bintang(Blue) near the hotel. However, the building is a bit too old. The lifts are unsafe. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. And sometimes their doors fail to close for no reason. Its gym is so small with a few equipment, and the swimming pool is too small as well. And the most annoying part is that the management doesn’t conduct a pest control. Cockroaches are everywhere.

Spent a few days with the hotel, and it was quite a nice experience. Firstly, the booking process was easy, and the team had considered all the requests we made at the time of reservation. From reception, the staff was very friendly and supportive. Specially should mention reception staff. Rooms were clean and cozy. Had required amenities. But the rooms are a bit dated. The location of the hotel was great as it was located very close to Dang Wangi MRT station. So, all excursions in KL can be accessed easily. Took the breakfast buffet from the hotel, and it was okay. Had a limited variety of items and was mostly the same menu every day. But it did the job. Overall, it was quite a nice place to stay during the vacation in KL. Recommend to anyone who is seeking a worry free location for staying.

Not good at all!! even location is not close to bukit Bintang, 30 minutes walk to reach the twin towers. The hotel feels like you are in India or Pakistan. The hotel is very very old and needs real renovation and fixing! Nothing like the photos, furniture is old, the corridors are dirty and disgusting, a door in the room leads to the other room!! elevators need to be changed for sure! Better to avoid this place!! If I can I'd give them -10 Ps. The photos are probably sience they opened the hotel nothing is like the photos!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
