        Stayed here 4 nights October 2023. We had a one bedroom swim out room, and wanted for nothing… the lady on reception when we checked in was extremely helpful, and gave us great advice on nearby eateries. The room was comfy and quite spacious, I was glad we paid extra for the swim out. Everything you could possibly want was in the room, BBQ facilities nearby, and a nifty little cupboard laundry meant I could’ve travelled lighter than I did! We loved it and we will be back

        Stayed a few nights in a swim up room. Very clean, bed was ok. Bedding mostly clean ie sheets but quilt wasn’t. They had laundry facilities onsite which was great to wash our clothes. Pool was very warm. Like bath water. But it was clean and nice. Overall my second favourite place in Port Douglas after Thala resort. I would stay again. Don’t eat at the resort next door though. Horrible. But not affiliated.

        Stayed here 4 nights October 2023.         We (family of 5) stayed 4 nights here in mid August & had a fantastic stay. Rates were good value compared to other similar accommodation elsewhere. True, the resort isn’t brand new, but it’s obvious the place is & has been well maintained & updates have been made as required. The apartment was clean & had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The pools in the shade all day are heated slightly which was great for the kids. The outdoor bbq area is kept immaculately clean & well stocked including cooking oils, toaster, condiments, paper towel etc. the staff we encountered were all super helpful & friendly - giving the kids some fish food to feed the fish in the pond.

        We have stayed at Silkari Lagoons over the past 3 years and highly recommend. 2 - 3 Bedroom apartments with own plunge pool is great with children as you can relax and watch them play and have fun whilst you soak up the sun.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
