Silla Villa was the perfect place for my wife and I to start our adventure in Phuket. The owner was so welcoming, it made us feel right at home. The villa itself was very clean and had everything you might need. The view was spectacular and it was nice being out of the downtown area at the end of the day. Not to Mention the private pool was perfect for waking up in the morning, cooling off in the afternoon, and unwinding in the evening. Do not worry about the hill if you do not have a scooter. You can get a Bolt very easily, or do what we did and just walk up and down it. One of our favorite roads was Thanon Patak, which was right at the bottom of the hill. It was less touristy and had some of the best food we had on our trip. We also enjoyed exploring the roads on the hill that the villa was on, there are a number of hidden gems to be found, as well as monkeys if you walk at the right time. We stayed at number of places during our trip and this was definitely our favorite. If we ever come back, we will spend a longer duration here.

Avoid at all cost! The staff is incompetent,the owner is a lier , there was power cut when we got thier and so we ask to cancel , the owner said all the area have power cut now which was absolutely lie cause we start walk around to figure out that it's not Tru. The staff don't speak basic English and we found ourselves in a horrible situation on our honeymoon. Hot,no place to live and no one to talk to. The conclusion is that this place is MUST avoid , as soon as you pay your nothing but nothing.. Enjoy Thailand and fly on your life. Piece and love.

Very nice Villas, we stayed in number 6. There is plenty of space inside and the pool is very big and deep enough to have a proper swim. The view is pretty obstructed, but might be better in other villas. The way up is very steep so you shouldn't plan on walking there. You should get a scooter, then you can reach everything you need in a few minutes and many beaches and phuket old town in ~30min. The Restaurant of the hotel and the only one reachable by foot where both closed during COVID. There is a very good local one just down the hill though.

Loved my stay here! It was even more beautiful than the photos, although the location is atop of a very steep hill and it is tough for cars or tour vans to access, but the hotel provides a shuttle down the hill.

Hill side sea view villa with surrounding of greenery atmosphere, private pool villa and tranquility by nature touch with nice sound of tropical birds, quiet and far out of the main area, staff and owner treated us like a part of their family. ’love this place very much and surely to be back again’ Definitely hi recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
