The whole experience was amazing! We arrived and Giorgi was waiting for us when we arrived at the night, we had a conversation and he recommended us for everything we wanted(where to eat and go out). The room was nice and clean, good shower and hot water as you wish which was needed after a long day. The second day Giorgi took us for a day trip in Tbilisi, he explained anything about the history of the different places we visited and the city itself. It was a really great experience and I highly recommend you to go there!

We stayed with our family here for 8 days, and had 3 rooms, each room is different. The rooms are clean and beautifully furnished. Special thanks to Nina (the cook) she did an outstanding job every morning and fed us some delicious breakfast! The guys at reception were amazing as well. Location is also marvelous - right in a heart of old Tbilisi. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend you choose Silver 34 as well!

The hotel is good for the price, the rooms are as clean as they can be but be aware that this is an old part of town with very smelly drains, so the bathroom even when clean was smelly. Shower was hot and good pressure. Best thing was the breakfast, it was really tasty. The location is central but it gets very lonely at night so for a solo female traveler it may be challenging.

I recently stayed at Silver 34 Boutique hotel and felt generally very satisfied with my stay. The staff were polite, helpful, and made sure that we felt welcome. Our room was spacious and even boasted a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable meaning we had a good rest each night; and the breakfast - which was included in the price - while not having a large selection to choose from, was still relatively good. My main complaints have to do mostly with minor inconveniences such as the lack of a lift that forced us to resort to dragging heavy suitcases up multiple flights of stairs! But we got some great help from the staff. The internet connection in our room also seemed slow - although this is something you may expect from smaller establishments. Lastly, the location of Silver 34 Boutique Hotel is fantastic - it’s located pretty centrally so you can easily get around town by both public transportation, car or by walking. In summation I would definitely recommend Silver 34 Boutique hotel if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in the city!

In last minute we couldn’t fly to Georgia due to my daughters identity card issue (which was not in our hands)and tried to tell the situation to the hotel to suspend the dates, but they didn’t wanna understand so applied no-show for 3 days ( took all the money). They didn’t help at all please be careful about this kind of hotels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
