Great hotel! Smallish, but very comfortable rooms with good bed, great hot showers (we moved from our previous hotel due to lack of hot water), flat screen TV, mini fridge, and nice touches like soft robes and slippers for a good price. The lobby and whole hotel is extremely clean. The staff is friendly. Most rooms have a little balcony and nice view, the terrace on the top floor is also a really nice place to hang out in. Very convenient location with a pizza shop, bakery, coffee shop and Italian restaurant all just downstairs, with much more a short walk away. I would recommend to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Definitely I will book this hotel for my next visits. Very comfortable, minimalistic, polite and friendly staff, comfortable location (3 min from the liberty square). I extremely advice to stay here. Small but cozy place. I really like the smell on the ground floor.

The room is ok but I don't recommend here because the staff lacks a service-minded attitude, their demeanor is unwelcoming. Especially overbearing Uncle who enforces strict rules and behaves rigidly all the time. Additionally, at late night one staff knocked our door for asking us to turn off the Airconditioner and open the window instead because it was noisy in their room !! . It was a truly bad experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
