This place is nothing but a DIVE!!!!!!! RIPPED OFF, POOL WAS FILTHY WITH FLOATING BEER CANS AND TOWEL IN THERE, stairs are a disaster, unhealthy, unhygienic, disgusting. The guy pretends he only speaks Spanish so when asking for a straight refund upon us seeing the pool straight after our payment was taken, he pretends he cannot refund. We are trapped. Decided, I’d take a shower to deal with being stuffed around. - TURNS OUT THERE ISN’T HOT WATER HERE IN THE KING SUITE AND FROM REVIEWS THERE ISN’T HOT WATER ON THE PROPERTY. No body, absolutely NOBODY WASTE YOUR TIME AND WELL earned money on this dump!!!! Beds and pillows are also a brutal mess and as people said below, stink. Will be doing all I can for my refund but I’m not STAYING HERE !!!!!!!!!!!! SCREW THIS

A hell! noisy, rude service. the manager had forgotten to charge us during check-in so he came to wake me up at 11:30 p.m. to charge me. I took the opportunity to take a video from inside the room to show you how noisy it is. I never put a comment but here I put one to tell you one and only good advice: run away! (Put music video on if you want to enjoy the music in our room)

Do not stay here. This is a catfish hotel and the photos do not represent what it's actually like. It is not a 5 star hotel and is does not have a functioning pool area. The best think about this place is the location

DO NOT GO TO THE SPA IN THIS HOTEL!!! Unfortunately my sister got scammed here. First they made her come back twice and kept changing their availability. Then, they made her pay before they even began the service (supposed to be a pedicure with gel polish). The setup was ridiculous, she was sitting on a massage chair in a small curtained corner. The lady doing her nails was reusing old tools and had her hair draping all over the tools and her feet - crazy unsanitary! After having the cuticles pushed and trimmed on 2 toes my sister decided everything was too unprofessional and ridiculous and wanted to leave. She had already paid in full (400 pesos), but wanted a portion of her money back as only a tiny fraction of the service was provided. She was willing to leave 200 pesos and wanted the other half back. The manager/supervisor lady refused and argued extensively that the service was perfectly safe and fine (it was NOT). Overall, a horrible experience. This place is NOT legit and not worth it at ALL. Please don’t get scammed here!

First impression was bad as you had to climb stairs to get to the hotel. No elevator. Inside rooms look decent like a studio apartment with huge full size refrigerator stove, microwave, mixer, coffee maker, tv etc. some essential utensils. Rooms are spacious with kitchen and good size bathroom. They provide separate towels for beach. Overall good for the price you pay. It’s cheap hotel and good for price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
