        I checked into the Silversmith last night. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room is spacious and comfortable. I experienced an issue with the shower head having a leaking gasket. When I reported it to the front desk attendant, he swiftly offered me a new room. Hotel staff arrived and assisted me with moving my luggage to a new room. Alex, the front desk attendant called me soon after to make sure my new room was comfortable and that I was satisfied. Although this may sound like standard customer service for the situation, I must commend Alex's tone and delivery while attending to my needs. I travel excessively for work and was very impressed with this gentleman's talent for working with the public. It was evident that he loves his work and has a passion for working with people. The location of the hotel is excellent. Many of Chicago's downtown highlights are a short walk away and the hotel's lobby is feet away from the "L" with connections to several of the lines traveling in all directions.

        Everything was eloquent and neat. I flew into the city and was without my own vehicle - but the hotel offered accommodations at a close garage for a fair amount of money. I checked in after booking on a third party site via Tripadvisor. Guest services were available and pleasant for sure, s/o Beverly at the entry desk. My room was very comfortable; just what I needed. Bath was squeaky clean and dressed nicely. Being in town to do welfare checks, I needed space to collect myself and charge up. The lobby lounge under the Mezzanine floor had vintage vibes and views. I’d definitely recommend stopping in and chilling out there before accomplishing goals for the day. My stay at this hotel was definitively energizing and inspiring.

        Our stay at Silversmith was fantastic. The best part was the staff and how much they prioritized ensuring we had a good stay! We really appreciated the daily check ins and how prompt they were whenever we needed anything. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable beds and we had the L train right outside our window but barely noticed. Overall wonderful experience for my mom and I on our first trip to Chicago.

        100% would go here again. Huge rooms (for Chicago:). Our room even had a separate hallway without paying more. Easily accessible restaurants, Target, Michigan Ave one block away. Quiet, easy on and off major highway. Spectacular front desk staff. Very good food and happy hour prices in their lounge. Floor to ceiling windows in a 12 foot tall room and a large bathroom with very nice amenities.

        Terrific stay and terrific staff. The Silversmith is historic hotel with tons of charm, and is in a phenomenal location to explore Chicago on foot, or by public transportation. The hotel team is very genuine and hospitable, which adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend as a place to stay for a memorable visit to Chicago.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
