We were delighted by the incredible guest services, who were very kind and helpful. Shuttle service was amazing! Rooms were clean and modern. However, we are sad we can't leave a raving review because we booked our room based on the advertisement that there would be a pool/hot tub available on all websites suggesting these amenities and we were very disappointed to see there was not one available, nor at the alternate hotels the staff said we could use instead. We also had to pay a "resort fee" for a pool and hot tub we didn't get to use. UPDATE: I contacted the hotel and asked for the resort charge to be removed because the advertisement was false, and the manager said he would do this! Thank you Silverton!

We did not stay at the hotel itself, we just went to the casino. I wasn't very successful in winning, but I had a great time. I played the tables, and out of all the casinos we went to, this place had the best dealers. They were fun, helped teach new comers, and were patient. My wife and I had a great time here.

Great stay. New updated rooms. Really nice. Desk staff pleasant and helpful. Pleasant experience. Watched the sting Ray feeding..that was crazy. Location is close but not too far from the strip. Pool is not open yet was the only downside but still great overall.

I received an offer in the mail for 50% off dining in Silverton casino if you sign up for a reward membership. The original coupon did not have a dollar maximum amount stated on the coupon. I came in to the casino and signed up for the reward program so I can use the 50% off restaurants in the casino. Once I got my players card I was told to go print my coupon voucher. I confirmed with the rewards desk that if I eat in a restaurant I get 50% off the bill as my original coupon offer stated. He said yes. I went and printed the voucher. Once I was done with dinner I gave the voucher to the waiter he immediately told me you know it's only 50$ off I said no it's 50% he said well if the bill was smaller yes. I was so upset I ask where do you see that he said it's on the voucher in a very small print. But it's not on the coupon you get in the mail I felt so upset because this is misleading advertising. You say something in the mail then you tell people go print your voucher to give to your server and you place the condition on the voucher you print in the casino in extremely small writing that needs glasses for. I want this issue taken care of because this is complete fraud.

Really clean and beautiful hotel! The staff was really friendly. The rooms were really clean, the beds were soft (my only complaint is the pillows weren’t the best so if I stayed here again I’d probably pack my own pillow). The food options in the casino were great. They had a lot of parking options, as well as a valet. We used their shuttle service to get to the Thomas & Mack Center for the NFR. **** HEADS UP**** because no one told us, to use the elevator you have use your room key. There is a little black square near the floor buttons and you have to hold down your room key to it before pushing your floor button. Apparently a lot of other people didn’t know either so my only suggestion would be that the staff tell people that when checking in. I think this is a fantastic safety feature!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
