Spacious room with balcony - immediate hot shower (no waiting time), cold aircon, comfy bed. Just a lil noisy at night as my room was facing the main street. Room rate was perfect for solo traveller. Great location in karon - it’s only 8-10min walk to the beach, plenty of eateries, clothing shop, massage centre, convenient store, pharmacy around, 3min walk to temple night market (only open on Tuesdays and Fridays). Pretty good service - friendly housekeeping and front desk staff (only a male staff that always see him walking around the lobby weren’t that friendly). Overall a happy stay!

Absolutely do not book this hotel, they cancel your reservations at the last minute without notice, the staff is completely rude, and they were not even able to give me explanations, be careful

Basic hotel but it does the job. We didn’t spend much time in the room so didn’t need a pool or ton of amenities. Rooms are clean, service is good. Friendly staff here. Good restaurants within walking distance. Good location, it’s 5 minute walk to the beach. Get Mountain View on high floor, with balcony to enjoy looking out. We were in room 612 for a few days. Overall great stay for the price. If you are planning to visit Phuket and wants to hire a car, Orange car Phuket (quickly found in google).

We stayed in this hotel on March 2019. The first impression, while using the service toilet was not so good, but then we saw the room and it was clean. We a had a room with mountain view and is was wonderful. Things I liked: - it was clean - they cleaned our room daily - the view from the room - nice staff - we got free bottles of wather - great location, in the middle of the main street with good access to restaurants, exchange, souvenirs and pharmacy Thing i didn't like - the breakfast was a little poor - the towels were a little bit dirty - they didn't had complementary bath things at first, the second day we got soap It is OK in this price range, enjoy your staying at them.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
